The condo boasts updated tile floors, a stunning kitchen with quartz counter tops, contemporary custom millwork, new stainless-steel appliances, and luxury finishes. Additionally, the fully furnished and decorated condo will make you feel right at home. ***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS*** -Strict sound ordinance -30 night minimum -25 year age minimum for booking -Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb -IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over -External contract to be signed -Non-abnb cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee. (If you qualify for a 100% refund per the cancelation policy on your booking, you will receive 95% as the 5% processing fee is non refundable) -Parking for two vehicles- ONLY ONE in garage
